Last night we hosted Golborne for both our home and away games! ⚾️

Two great games played in a friendly atmosphere with some superb fielding from A&T in the first game winning 11-5.5 👏🏼

Unfortunately, Golborne got their revenge in the second match. A&T scored some great rounders but our fielding wasn’t as tight and Golborne came back stronger to take the second game 15-8.5 ⚾️

It was our first winter training session tonight ⚾️

No session next week unfortunately as the hall is unavailable 🙁 But we will return on Tuesday 28 November 🙌🏼

Training is 7-8pm in the new sports hall at Fred Longworth High School and subs £2 per session 👌

Tournament day ⚾️⚾️⚾️

Unfortunately we didn’t get our hands on the big rounders bash trophy this year 🏆 but congratulations and well done Golborne for smashing it yet again 🔥

Thank you to everyone who took part today, particularly some of the newer players who hadn’t had much game time in the league games. Everyone contributed and played their part 👏🏼 we hope you enjoyed it ⚾️

Today 5 of our team attended a development day with

A very busy but great day learning new drills and exercises which they are eager to bring back to training.

Our girls even got themselves a golden ticket each inviting them to a regional hub session to further develop their ability.

Well done ladies, you did A&T proud!! 👏🏼

Away league game at Golborne on Tuesday evening.

We gave it everything but it wasn’t quite enough, losing by only 2 rounders in a very tight game.

Well done to Angela who made her debut, scored 2 rounders and was vote player of the match by Golborne 👏🏼

Today 3 of our girls joined a Wigan All Stars team for a Rounders England event in Burnley, ending in a friendly against the England talent squad! 🌟

The girls had never played as a team before but did amazing 👏🏼

Fern, Becky & Nat had a fab day and it was a great experience for them! They learnt a lot and have taken away some good ideas to try on the training ground ⚾️

Thank you for representing A&T today ladies, we are so proud of you! 😊
