Fast enough to get places, slow enough to see places. Cycle touring is a great way to see the local area, the next county or even another country. We aim to give people the skills and confidence to travel further with the family, abandon technology and experience travel on your bike.

🚲 **WHAT ARE WE GOING TO ACHIEVE?** 🌍

The **Tyldesley Cycle Project** is going to become a dedicated **cycle touring and bikepacking hub** — bringing the excitement, freedom and adventure of travelling by bike to everyone.

Whether you’re completely new to bikepacking or already planning your next big adventure, we want to help you get started.

🎒 **Courses and workshops** to teach you everything you need to know
🗣️ **Talks from experienced cycle travellers** sharing their knowledge and stories
🚲 **Bikes and equipment** available to help families get out and explore
🗺️ Advice and support for planning adventures — from local day trips to longer journeys further afield

Our aim is to **remove the barriers that stop people from travelling by bike** and show just how accessible, affordable and exciting cycle touring can be.
