Good Afternoon.

It’s time to give back to the community as promised❤️

Tuesday 30th May 4:45pm meet! @ Tyldesley Rugby Club playing fields!
Session 5pm-6pm!

This is a free football fitness session for our local people of tyldesley and the surrounding areas.

The session will involve Agility work, Core Fitness Work & abit of ball work.

The session will be for 15/16 years olds all the way to open age!

This is a key stage to get some discipline into these kids.

The mentality of the session is this.

‘I won’t ask people to put in the work that I’m not prepared to do myself’

There’s a few hindsford players coming down also!
