Ginpit 5 Race information:

Can we ask competitors to carshare if possible to reduce our carbon footprint and also to ensure carparking spaces are available for locals .

Please do not try and park near ginpit village club :- the Marshalls will be asking you to turnaround and park at the designated place.

Please do not park on the housing estate or block peoples driveways , payments etc.

We have secured the use of a local rugby union club Carpark for this Sundays race please ensure you use this Carpark as access along layout road is for local residents and race officials only.

Competitor car park postcode M29 8HG.

Registration will open for 9am please ensure you have plenty of time to park and register before the race starts at 10:00.

This year’s race will be chip timed.

Due to recent weather , we still have large sections of puddles & mud for you .

Today's event was perfect for anyone unsure about Cross Country but wanting to give it a try. Very flat and minimal mud.
For anyone looking for super steep hills and boggy terrain - we got you covered too 💙💪

The Turkey Trot 5K 🦃🎄

Each Christmas we have a fun, festive race at the track — a handicap 5K based on predicted finish times 🏁

Everyone brings a prize… and picks one based on where they finish 🎁✨️

Christmas outfits strongly encouraged 🎅

Sunday was the final event of this seasons . The race was the hosted by .

The course was muddy and hilly but provided some beautiful views 👌 And thankfully, the weather was very kind to us 🌞
