Huge congratulations to Oliver Butcher from our under 16s who competed in the WSA Welsh power lifting championships on the weekend, setting 4 Welsh records along the way.

Oli recorded a 205kg deadlift, 185kg squat and 120kg bench.

Well done Oli, brilliant performance 💪👏

***ANNOUNCEMENT ***

Hugely exciting coaching set up for our youth team next season.

Alongside the above coaches, we also have the opportunity to engage with 1st team head coach, former Ospreys, Scarlets, Dragons player and Wales International Dan Evans, who brings extensive experience and is keen to help our youth team progress.

This set up gives us a huge amount of resilience as a coaching team next season. All coaches bring a wealth of experience in different areas which provides us with a wide range of options of how to structure training sessions in order to continue to develop this already talented team and help to support them in the next phase of their rugby journey.
