At Fasttrack Fitness we believe it’s always possible to make modifications to continue to exercise whilst injured. Continuing training has many benefits which include-
-Reduced stiffness and increased mobility
-Helps support mental health
-Maintains conditioning
-Prevents compensation injuries
Tom was able to have a great EMS session today without working his injured shoulder. He focussed on balance work by adding in a yoga block and abdominal and glute exercises.
