Tom was able to have a great EMS session today without working his injured shoulder. He focussed on balance work by adding in a yoga block and abdominal and glute exercises.

An upside down bosu session for Anna this week. We flipped the bosu to create a dynamic and challenging workout forcing the core, hips and legs to work much harder to maintain balance. Combing this with the benefits of EMS made for a fun but demanding workout.

It’s always fantastic to hear how clients are benefiting from EMS training. Duathlete, Bart, has been doing a weekly EMS session for a number of years and has found EMS to be incredibly beneficial. He has found it has improved his running and cycling efficiency and increased his core strength. Bart enjoys the fun and time efficient nature of EMS sessions.

“I find EMS to be a really effective addition to my fitness routine - it’s joint-friendly and low impact and supports the maintenance and development of lean muscle mass with minimal time investment. Rachel devises different routines every week using different equipment from a kettle bell to a bosu which keeps our sessions challenging and fun. One EMS session a week has significantly improved my strength and posture. I highly recommend it.”
