Gym memberships...
If you are interested in becoming a member or know someone who would like to join please stop by for a free class or free gym session to see how you get on, or give us a call on 0118 3271250 and we can arrange an induction for you. Inductions...
When you have your induction you will be shown how to use all the equipment and be given the option to have a tailor made program to help meet your training goals. This service is completely free of charge. As you progress we will happily give you another program when you are ready to try some new exercises. No Strings Attached...
The great thing about Twyford Health Club is the membership is based on a rolling months subscription. If you wish to cancel your membership all you need to do is let us know a week before the end of the month and we will cancel your membership for the following month. Costs...

We have 2 changing rooms, each with three shower cubicles in them. We also have lockers for your personal belongings. Water machine.
8 free car parking spaces until 6pm. After this time there are 15 spaces directly outside of the gym that you are welcome to use. Studio Classes....
