Well what can I say, one of the best teams I've done a challenge with, you worked as a team, you cheered each other on, you grabbed, pulled and man handled each other in ways you didn't think were legal to get to the end of the 15km well 17km. From Matt and I we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a great day and being great. A very special shout out has to go to Mike Harling of ESP for organising everything for us, we thank you and appreciate it. Hi Guys, after the convo with some of you on Sat, to book tough mudder, the price has gone up to 89 pounds and alot of you thought this was quite alot, so I've found this event pretty muddy on July 16th for £19.99 for fun, it's affordable and still an obstacle race.
We will book tough mudder tickets for next year as soon as they come out, so we can get them at a more affordable price. Hope this will suit everyone guys, speak about it Tuesday xx

**Tough Mudder** guys we are booking tough murder 5k for the 21st of May, of you want to come, go to tough murder website book on London West 5k for the 21st May, don't worry about what start time you choose we will see who has booked on then get us on the same start time, get booking guys and send us a message when you have done it and I will sort the team and time once everyone is booked on.
The sooner you book the better as the price goes up every few weeks.
It will be fun and we will be training for it at the bootcamps from now onwards age is from 14 upwards so bring the teenagers with you for some fun if you like.

Any question just drop is a message, also let us know if your planning on coming but haven't booked yet or either the date you plan to book so I k ow when to sort the tem.
