Where are you working today?

Today is THE day for positivity...
.. for new beginnings and the start of better things - if you choose to believe.

Do you believe in a higher force (other than just you) or that the Universe helps and supports us?

Have you heard of Numerology?

Today is 2.2.22 - and repeating number sequences are always positive signs.

With the Chinese new year yesterday and this angelic number of 2222 seen today - the Universe is telling you that great things are about to happen when you can find balance in your life.

You are entering a state of serenity, and you are right where you're meant to be in this moment.

These special numerics are believed to bring in compassion, understanding, and acceptance among people in our lives and it also allows us to move past tough times.

The date marks a new beginning for those who want to grow further from this point and navigate a purposeful life.

So think about how you act and react to people and positions you find yourself in.

Step back and think about what you can give to others for better relationships and balance in your life.

Choose to do the following and see how much better life can be;

☯️ Stay Positive, better days are coming
☯️ Trust and have confidence in yourself
☯️ Partnerships, support, and collaborations are key
☯️ Find balance and harmony in your life
☯️ Rest and recharge when required

Remember - you are right where you're meant to be in this moment.

If you have made changes to the way you do things, the people you choose to spend time with, or the way you live your life - you are where you are meant to be.

But what if you feel you are not where you WANT to be?

Could it be down to previous choices you made, decisions, or paths you took that in hindsight were not right for you?

It's ok - the whole of this year 2022. So look at making the changes you deserve.

Fabulous February continues (after my birthday yesterday) with a reminder from our Honeymoon 5 years ago.

We only had child care for a week - so we decided to tick off a bucket list goal and see the Northern Lights.

We flew to Helsinki and stayed one night there before going on to a tiny place at the the Northern tip of Finland - only 8 miles from the Russian border.

We’d just spent the night in an igloo-type lodge at The Aurora Zone: Searching for the Northern Lights and it was so wonderful.

We then went on to ski for 3 days.

I’ve got the rest of the pictures of the husky rides, snowmobiling, reindeer farm and frozen lake Inari fireside picnics on a hard drive (rescued from a broken computer).

If you know a place I can send the hard drive too to retrieve them - please do let me know.

I don't want a hattrick!

Tuesday last week I had one, Friday I had another - I don't want today's new client meeting to be the third!

The trouble is - I can totally understand it because I was feeling the same at the end of last year!

What am talking about?...
.. I'm talking about clients who are majorly doubting themselves - because they are feeling so low or on the verge of burnout!

The dreaded C word is still with us and some of us have recently been hit hard with it.

I was struck down over a month ago and I'm only just coming out the other side.

Luckily my clients are smart - because they've sought help.

They have goals and they really want to reach them, - they're either feeling stuck, overwhelmed, stressed or confused.

Life with COVID (or the like) still looming is making many people feel super drained - and I've been there too!

I know it's hard to stay positive, motivated, and focused.

I'm hearing people are tired from working IN their businesses and stressed out with no time to work ON it and move forward.

Many of us are parenting through a very strange time and our kids are just as drained as we are.

This week I've introduced new clients to the GROW Coaching model as a start point to working with me;

G = Goals - Setting the intention of where you want to be, or what you want to achieve?
R = Reality - Past learnings, the current situation, considerations, obstacles etc.
O = Options - What could you do to achieve the goals?
W = Will - The actions you'll take that will get you moving towards your goals

Added to the mix are some positive psychology and NLP techniques I've learned, and together we'll uncover what's really going on and what to do next.

Often just talking about things opens up possibilities that suddenly seem so obvious.

How's your January so far - feeling a bit meh?

Did you know that today is supposed to be Blue Monday - the day where it can all get a bit much for some of us?

We may be feeling cold, tired, drained, skint, bored or just cheesed off generally!

I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with January!

So, I love a new beginning. I don't mind the odd frosty morning and it's the countdown to my birthday on the 1st Feb.

But, I think (really) we say goodbye to December straight after Christmas and so January seems to be a very loooooong and often cold and dreary month.

You've probably spent a fortune on/at Christmas - but kids will be kids - they have needs you know! So you'll still be shelling out for school trips, new Blazers etc and watching the bank balance getting even lower is a worry.

And then there's that feeling that you should be 'hitting the ground running' or 'have your year ahead mapped out like an Army General' and if you don't you are 'somewhat lacking'.

Here's my advice as a Coach on how to turn those negatives into positives;

💥 Feel like you're not quite where you should be for January? Not everyone is and no one else is you, has your commitments - so be kind to yourself and make a simple plan.

💥 Just do you. Do what YOU need, at your own pace and don't compare (and despair)! Focus on moving yourself forward - as much as you can - or as little as is possible.

💥 Are you feeling overwhelmed with too much to do and don't know where to start? - Pick one simple thing and get it done. The sense of achievement will spur you on.

💥 And if your Motivation Monitor is on level 2 of 10? To help with this -just start something. Start reading, start writing, start moving. Motivation comes from the 'doing and seeing progress' and not the other way around.

So how are you feeling today? Blue or something else?

Be mindful of your thoughts!

Ever heard the saying, “Whatever you put into the Universe comes back to you?”

💥 So if you're running late - think "I will get that train and I'll find a parking space"

❌ Rather than "I'm not going to make that train. I'll never be able to park. My day is ruined!"

💥 Focus on the positive - it not only puts you in a better frame of mind, and keeps you calm - but the universe knows what you want and will help you get it.

Now, I'm not super woo-woo! But I do believe in the power of positivity.

I've had many parking spaces, just caught trains, dramas avoided - because I believed and also because I was calm and didn't make the situation worse!

aka - Staying Positive!

Did you also know that - The universe says that when you see the same number repeated - it's a good sign.

Here's what seeing lots of 1's means;

💥 Whatever thoughts, feelings, actions, and energy you are emitting (out) is what is currently manifesting (showing/being seen) in your life! - Just think about that for a while.

Also, the more of the same numbers you see back to back is how strong the message is.

So I'm posting this at 1.11 on the 11.1.

The number 111 also represents new beginnings, the motivation to move forward, taking inspired action, achieving success and independence.

Now is a great time to embrace your unique qualities - your individuality, your worth and just believe!

This is a sign from the Universe to take time to connect with your Higher Self, the part of you that knows what is best for you at all times.

Don't ignore those niggling feelings, they're telling you something.

Taking the time for inner reflection will reveal if there are any habits or beliefs that no longer serve you. Taking time to clear them will create the space for something new, different, or exciting to fill your life!

The number 111 is also a high vibrational number and a sure sign of spiritual awakening, spiritual development, and taking your intuition to new heights.

Why is Boxing Day so named?

The name comes from a time when the rich used to box up gifts to give to the poor.

Boxing Day was traditionally a day off for servants, and the day when they received a special Christmas box from their masters. The servants would also go home on Boxing Day to give Christmas boxes to their families.

Boxing Day (in the UK) is also known as St. Stephens Day and it's mentioned in my favourite Christmas Carol - Good King Wenceslas.

So good cheer to all my fellow men, women and others.

The last verse of this song is very apt.

It's Christmas Eve - It's day 12 and we're done!
