Bewl Water Half Marathon completed!
With the Tonbridge Triathlon cancelled, I decided to set myself a new challenge. Was definitely not expecting some of the hills around Bewl though! The rain and mud made for a somewhat character building experience 😂 that’s the first time my waterproof has stayed on for an entire run!
Happy with the result though, made it round in one piece and in 1 hour 56 😀
Making it a mission to knock 5-10 minutes off next year though!
To achieve any goal, consistency is key (a good training plan helps too)! If you put the time and effort in, the results will come. As personal trainers, we make sure everything you’re doing is directly relevant to your goals, meaning every second you spend training is putting you a step closer to achieving them.
