Congratulations to Rob Fulford (and the rest of the English team) for retaining the MacRobertson Shield (again).

They triumphed in a gruelling final match yesterday at Surbiton against a strong New Zealand side in a fluctuating final, which could have gone either way.

James Death managed to win the deciding match by the narrowest of margins, after his opponent missed his peg out from 4 yards, and then missed the peg several times. Phew…

Congratulations to our member Rob Fulford on his 100th win in the Macrobertson Shield, this time partnering Jack Good in a doubles vs New Zealand.

This is his 9th occasion on playing in this World Championship team event.
