A little update on the new routine... it's going to be making its debut next week rather than tomorrow, sorry guys 😭
My torn calf is healing really well and I'm back walking and moving around 🎉 but I'm not quite "bounce-ready" yet. As we all know, rebounding is calf-heavy, so I think its wise to give it one more week so I can teach properly and not set myself back.
The reality is you'll get a far better workout doing a routine you already know than trying to copy me while I'm half-arsing a brand-new one! 😂
You guys deserve a fab workout, full energy, and me at my best for a new routine, so we shall launch next week with a BANG!
