Wadhurst Castle Estate – Walled Garden & Carriage Barn

We’ll gather in the Walled Garden to share heart-opening, ceremonial-grade Criollo cacao, set an intention and choose an oracle card for reflection. We’ll also enjoy a gentle, drum-led nature connection and time to simply pause, breathe and be present in the beauty of the estate.

As golden evening light begins to soften, we’ll move into the elegant Carriage Barn for a deeply restorative Sound Bath, an invitation to rest, reconnect and deeply unwind.

☀️Whatever the weather, all bases are beautifully covered. If rain arrives, we will retreat into the beautiful Carriage Barn for the cacao ceremony and Sound Bath. We may also spend time forest bathing so you can connect with nature in the beautiful Walled Garden🌦️

I first connected with cacao in this way on a cacao farm in Costa Rica in 2018. It feels so special to be returning to this hands-on, grassroots connection. Not only is it deepening my relationship with cacao, but it is also reminding me of the truly incredible nature of this fruit.

I recently bought a cacao pod, removed the beans, and tasted the delicious milky-white, sticky cacao pulp, also called mucilage (MYOO-sih-lij). I also tried a small amount of the raw cacao bean itself… surprisingly, it was okay!

I also discovered , a small business creating a beautiful, delicious and refreshing sparkling drink from cacao pulp. It’s such a joyful way to experience more of this incredible fruit, beyond the chocolate we know and love.

I feel so grateful to Mama Cacao for the many emotional, spiritual and health benefits she offers us and for the pure joy she brings.

As the warmth of the day begins to soften, join me for a deeply relaxing Candlelit Sound Bath at Eridge Village Hall.

This is the only venue I use during the summer where I can create a candlelit experience, thanks to its shutters. It’s a beautiful opportunity to leave the brightness of the day behind and settle into a peaceful sanctuary of stillness and sound.

Relax as you’re immersed in the beautiful frequencies of Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls, Paiste symphonic gong, Native American-style flute, gentle drums, percussion and intuitive vocal toning, all intuitively woven together to encourage deep relaxation and quiet reflection.

If you’re longing for a little time to pause, switch off from the busyness of everyday life and simply rest, I’d love to welcome you.

I'm delighted to be collaborating with the wonderful Natalie Bloomfield to bring you this unique summer evening in a beautiful private outdoor pool, surrounded by the rolling East Sussex countryside.

Whether you choose to float or relax beside the water, you'll be immersed in the tranquillity of this beautiful setting.

Our evening begins with a heart-centred Cacao Ceremony, sharing ceremonial-grade Peruvian cacao, intention setting, journalling and oracle cards while overlooking the surrounding countryside.

A gentle invitation to slow down, reconnect and arrive fully in the present moment before surrendering to the Sound Bath.

You'll then be immersed in the soothing vibrations of my Paiste Symphonic Gong, Native American-style Flute, Shamanic and Ocean Drums, voice and gentle percussion, creating a rich tapestry of sound to encourage deep rest, balance and restoration.

If you've chosen a floating space, you'll be gently supported on a comfortable inflatable floating bed, peacefully drifting on the water while remaining completely dry. Alternatively, you can unwind on a poolside lounger or yoga mat, enjoying the same immersive experience from the water's edge.

We'll close the evening with herbal tea as the sun begins to set over the beautiful countryside view.

☀️Golden Hour at Wadhurst Castle 🌿

What a truly beautiful evening.

We gathered in the stunning Walled Garden at Wadhurst Castle to share ceremonial cacao, before moving into the peaceful embrace of the Carriage Barn for a deeply restorative sound bath.

It was an absolute delight to welcome Dame Kelly Holmes Dame Kelly Holmes and share this special evening.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and brought such beautiful energy. It is always an honour to hold these spaces and witness the moments of stillness, reflection and heartfelt connection that naturally unfold.
