Lessons for the sweatest man in Europe🥵
Exercise does NOT have to be perfect⬇️
In my 20s I used to think exercise was only worth it if everything was perfect👌

Since I got into my 30s and my priorities have change, I’m not one of those fitness people that LOVES to tell you I do fitness😴🥱
I focus on one thing and one thing only

For me that’s just show up and do exercise 3-4 hours a week💪
For you that could be⬇️
✊Show up 1 hour a week
✊Show up 2 hours a week
✊Show up to your morning walk
✊Show up and do 5000 steps a day
✊Show up and do your weekly yoga class
Just show up and your build momentum and make it a habit🤘
Forget all these 💩💩 fitness “influencers” who preach about perfect workout plans and optimising everything❌
Focus on showing up and do what you can✊
