A special night presenting Miss Magondacan her well earned black belt. Last Saturday Jamaya spent over 2 hours of being tested on patterns, step sparring, self defence, kicking combinations, competition sparring, board breaking and terminology. She excelled in all elements and it was my honour to award her 1st degree black belt. Congratulations Jamaya!

On Saturday we had the clubs second annual summer BBQ. A fantastic social event for the adults class. We had a great BBQ, lots laughs, a few fizzy waters and a great game of rounders with made up rules. โšพ๐Ÿฅ‹๐Ÿฅฉ๐ŸŒž๐Ÿป

On Wednesday 12th August Mr Tolson and Master Thompson travelled to London to train with the one and only Grand master Jedut. It was a tough 3 hour session but as always, GM Jedut makes it fun and always comes up with hundreds of new ideas. Can't wait to try them out in class!
