WE HAVE EXCITING NEWS!

And we’ve had a little change….

Bringing to you Apex Tunbridge Wells.

We are now a fully independently owned gym!

What does this mean for you as a member?

Well, not much! It’s still going to be the same workouts, team and community that you love.

There’s just going to be bigger and better things to join. We can’t wait to go on this journey with you!

Our Easter weekend timetable!

These classes will book up quickly so please plan ahead. We kindly ask to not book multiple classes on the same day to give everyone a fair chance to get in and workout!

If you can’t make the class, please cancel in advance so others can get on in good time! No show fees will be applied.

Happy international women’s day to all of our amazing, strong women at Shred who crush it in the gym and in life! Each and every one of you is an inspiration.

Introducing our new Shred 10km Club!

We are looking to have at least one member of staff to take part in each of these local 10km races!

We would LOVE to have some of your lovely lot join us for both the race and a coffee afterwards!

Whether you’re striving for a PB, come as part of your training plan or just fancy a social - this is a great way to get involved and meet other members!

We’re super excited to be looking to expand our team!

We’re looking for a coach with a minimum Level 2 fitness instructor qualification, prior experience isn’t a necessity as long as the candidate is energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about group workouts.

Here at Shred community is a vital part of our workouts, so our ideal candidate will be comfortable joining a friendly team and gym and ready to start building relationships.

A big weekend for our amazing members and coaches competing at Hyrox London.

We are so proud of everyone that raced, whether they were first timers or returning athletes, everyone went out and gave 100%.

We are already so excited for what the 2025 races have in store!

Come down and give our Hyrox classes a go on a Thursday and Sunday and get a taste of the fun!

We’re shaking things up on 2nd November with an official workout at Shred!!

This will be a teams of 4 workout, we’ll team you up or you can come with friends, the workout is suitable for all fitness abilities within the teams!!

Expect a great workout, some games, a sunny playlist and even some prizes to be won.
