THIS GIRL!!!

Sree is 38+ weeks pregnant and said to me she wanted to go all out and do squats!!

I love a challenge as long as it is all controlled and she was happy!!

BUT MY GOD WHAT A MUSCLE MUMMY!!!
I am so proud of Sree not only has she taken this pregnancy with absolute ease but she still pushes herself to the limit!! Just goes to show you can put your mind to it no matter what!!!

I am so proud of you and I cannot wait to meet little bubba!!!
1 more week left girl and he will be here!!!

This woman is such a warrior!!! 🔥

My client has lived with the lasting effects of meningitis, but not realised that this could be the common cause of why her body is misaligned and causes her to shake.

it’s scoliosis awareness month.

And I want to praise every single person who has had this condition.

It’s bloody tough.

I can’t thank the doctors enough for giving me the operation as a child.
It has meant I can move on with my life.

I have worked tirelessly to make sure that I am equal on every part of my body. I’m not ashamed at all of what I am. It’s part of me and will always stay that way!!
Not a lot of people know about scoliosis. It can be genetic or can develop unexpectedly.
You cannot cure it but you can prevent it.
What I will say is….
Be brave not a lot of people can do what you do!!
We just do it in our own style!!!

These two….
Honestly you cannot take them anywhere without a bit of sass!!!

I love training these two because I know full well we will all be laughing, regardless of who is being picked on in the session.

Laughter is the key to everything. They still worked their nuts off. Just with a side dish of absolute Bro and Sis vibes!!!

Thank you the two of you for making my mornings filled with such laughter I love it!!!

P.S sorry Emma that it was your turn to get picked on this week. Don’t worry I have video evidence of you getting your own back!!!

Part 2 of my client Anthea

Now this sausage has worked her socks off to do so much better in her technique!!
And my god is she starting to get it!!

When she first came to me we had a lot of shoulder shrugs and tension in the shoulders. But after time she is really starting to get the hang of it!!

Not only that Anthea has lost 3KG!!!!
This girl is a muscle woman I am telling you!!!

Now this little sausage makes us all have a smile on our face when she gets excited to show us her new T-shirt or jumper!! And everyone at underground loves her energy!!!

So I thought. Why not build her confidence and do an outfit check every week to share it with everyone on Instagram!! I MEAN LOOK AT HER SHOES THEY ARE FIRE 🔥🔥🔥

This was such a difficult process for Ollie!! But he took it in his stride to make sure that he was securing his body to what he felt comfortable with!!

It may have taken a few mins to get to the desired position!! But that didn’t matter!!!

ITS ALL ABOUT THE SMALL WINS!!!!
Well done Ollie!!! You’re smashing it as always!!! So proud of you!!!
