Butttt the benefits majorly outweigh the work... Plus, you always feel better after you've done it, you just have to do it!⁠

Its all well and good being able to do something with me but my goal eventually for all my clients is to get them to a point where they don't need me any more, and want to train with me because they LIKE training with me and like the level i push them too.⁠
