INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT- EMMA
I absolutely love meeting new people, and my classes are full of great characters who are a pleasure to teach.
As a Pilates instructor, I’m here to help people find their best posture, balance their muscles as wells as build strength, mobility, and flexibility, all while improving overall health and wellbeing. Quite a tall order! And yes, it can be a little exhausting at times, but so rewarding!
Each week I teach up to 15 classes or private sessions, and no two are ever the same. Every class is planned and adapted to meet the needs of the people in front of me. I use a mix of hands-on guidance, verbal cues and demonstrations to help everyone get the most out of their session. Sometimes it’s the smallest change, a different spring, a tweak in position, a prop, or focused breathwork, that completely transforms the experience (and the results!).
