Saturdays are not like the other classes. We do a bit of everything, but all in the same lesson. We have the time to make things work. Tweak what needs tweaking. Saturdays isn't a catch up class, its just doing things differently.

There always ways to make what you do better. Learning is a constant process of evaluating what you do and how you can improve it.

Autumn is here and have a great rest of the week. 🍂 🍃

When starting a new form, there is a lot get through. I'm a great believer in foundation training. If you get the basics right, the journey may be a bit more manageable. If there isn't much form to practice, there is always something you can do.

At the end the day, your training doesn't lie.

We had discussions in class about flow and spontaneity. Doing the form is not necessarily Tai Chi. So without a good foundation, your training is going nowhere. 🌞
