⚽️ 👕 WORLD CUP THEME so please wear your football shirts 👕 ⚽️

There will be a sign up sheet on the desk in reception to put your name and your partners name on
If you don’t have a partner pop your name down anyway and we will find someone for you to go with!
Weather permitting ☀️ we will be heading to the harbour for some food from 4pm

Once we have sign ups we will organise logistics of how the morning will run and get the info out there.

Happy 1 year @ EQ

Everyone is doing so amazing, but here’s a shoutout to Rory for immersing himself in all things activity and health. Consistently showing up to classes, eating largely whole foods, bringing positive energy every class.. he’s also been smashing many running milestones!
