BELLA STRIKES OUT NINE. REBELS WIN BIG!

Pitching perfection on the diamond today. Complete game, 9 strikeouts, and a huge 8-4 win for the Roseland Rebels over Carn Brea Dynamite.

⚾ ROBBED BY THE RULEBOOK (but oh, what a day!) ⚾

Rebels, gather round - because yesterday we did something nobody expected. 😤

We faced the mighty, the explosive, the *undefeated* Dynamite at Mawnan Smith… and we OUTSCORED THEM 14–11! 🔥
Against the team top of the whole league! Our bats sang, our gloves held, and for one glorious afternoon the Boom went *bust.* 💥

The catch? 🪤 We rocked up a couple of players short and had to **borrow two ballers** to field a full nine — so on the official sheet, the win goes to Carn Brea. The scoreboard says Rebels. The rulebook says Dynamite.
Our hearts know the truth. 😉🌹

Huge thanks to the two legends who stepped in to play for us - you're honorary Rebels forever - and to the Dynamite for a cracking, sporting game as always. This is the league we love.

We'll be back. Bigger squad, same fight. 💛🖤

Sunday 17th May - We head to ‘s home field to take on .
Will the Rebels take the win? Will the weather hold out? We’re hopeful for both but mostly looking forwards to a great day outdoors with the family!

It was so close we could almost taste it! Last Sunday we faced the Truro Blue Jays at Boscawen park and it was an amazing game ⚾️🔥We were so very close to the win and it came right down to the wire, with the tying run being tagged out on their way to home to end the game. The whole team performed brilliantly especially against a much more seasoned team and we could not be prouder. This week we look forward to facing the Falmouth Oystercatchers at Illogan!

Huuuuge Reb-elation for the ! We picked up our first win!
It was a beauty morning over at Mawnan Smith, HomePlate for the Falmouth Oystercatchers.

Massive congrats to too for his 1st KBL 🚀
Clobbered a fastball Middle-middle straight back up and over the pitcher for a laser-line-drive no-doubter to Centre field.

Baseball is back! ⚾️☀️❤️

On Sunday 19th April we faced off against the the Dynamite at our HomePlate in Tregony.

It was a beautiful day of baseball in the sunshine, and while us Rebels put up a great fight, the TNT managed to take their first win of the season!

The game saw many highlights for both teams but our favourite had to be the one with our Rookie Whitney. Line drive hit right over 2nd base was tracked, chased and caught with a jump from her to end the inning and shut out the Dynamite bats entirely for that half inning!

Great to back out on the diamond! 💎⚾️

Happy New Year!! How are them New Year's Resolutions going? How about inviting a New Year's *Revolution* into your life?? 👀
Baseball on the Roseland just completed it's first full season in the Kernow Baseball League.
It's open to anyone to get into, and now is the best time to join in. Over the next two months, we'll be getting into the swing of things, training indoors in the bad weather, and looking to move training outside as soon as Mother Nature allows us.
We'll be kickstarting our season's gameplay on Sundays in April and carrying that through until August.
Run, hit, catch, tag, chase - it's a sport completely built of childhood playground games - so free your inner kid, no matter how long they've been shelved from adulthood.

Kick the status quo - surprise your friends and family - surprise yourself - Be A Rebel 🤘🏻
