Hi I'm Siobhan from Ireland originally, living in dream Cornwall now. My absolute passion in life is helping to bring joy to people and helping people feel wonderful and at home in their bodies again. Movement is medicine and I truly believe that. Ever since I was 3 I've been active in some form of movement. I've travelled every continent of the world on a soul searching journey of growing, learni

ng and evolving, and along the way over 10 years ago I studied to be a yoga teacher in India. I've since been to India to further my studies 3 times. I'm forever a student and always learning new modalities of holistic healing. Nature, Yoga, Soundhealing, Breathwork, sea Swimming, and time with family and friends are my favourite ways to spend my time. I'm a Mommy of 2 young children who I adore and so I truly understand the need for wellness and selfceare time as a busy Momma. You'll find me teaching yoga at wellness festivals, on the beach,in parks, come along for fun and tea chats after. I host dreamy sound healing events that will leave you feeling ultimate peace and bliss.I hope to connect with some of you soon.

🌼✌️ Photo dump from Carnival Day ✌️🌼

70s Peace & Love was this year’s theme… luckily for us, that didn’t require much planning. We pretty much just opened our wardrobes and got dressed. 😂

The parade itself was chaos for me 😅 Somehow I agreed to Ted having a scooter and he immediately disappeared into the distance, meaning I spent most of the parade power-walking (and occasionally sprinting) to keep up with him, not to mention the 11 falls he had so I barely saw Ruby for most of the parade 😅

Tom then disappeared off to DJ a 70s funk and soul vinyl night, which is probably the most Tom thing ever😍

The kids had the best day 😍 dance-offs in the park, sweets flying through the air, sunshine, friends and loads of laughter. Days like this just remind me AGSIN just how much I love living here. Small-town community magic at its finest. 💛

What a day. ❤️

I had the absolute best time yesterday
It was so lovely to see so many wonderful people, meet lots of new faces, and spend the day hanging out with some of the best humans around.

We watched the Arsenal final in the woods, which was incredibly intense and, unfortunately, a disappointing result in the end. But what an epic place to watch a football match ❤️😍

From there we floated around the festival, stumbled across hidden parties through secret changing-room entrances, and ended up dancing in the woods to .healy It was pure magic.

I reckon I clocked up around 40,000 steps. We arrived at 10am and didn’t leave until 1am. A proper marathon of a festival day, and every minute was worth it.

Today is all about balance. Back to my wellness Girl era. ✨

Yesterday was matcha, curry, loaded fries and dancing & drinks. Today it’s cacao, yoga, and my Sound Bath in the at 4:30pm.

If you’re at the festival and feel like you need a reset, a rest, or simply an hour to lie down and receive, come and find me.

One of the things I love most about festivals is looking around and being reminded of just how many incredible, creative, kind-hearted people there are in Cornwall. It makes me so grateful that this is the place I’ve chosen to call home.

🎉 Woohoo! Festival season has officially begun! 🎉

My favourite time of year. ☀️✨

You can find me this Sunday from 4:30–5:30 p.m., where I’ll be guiding a relaxing sound bath session.

If you need a little festival reset, a chance to rest your feet, lie down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself amidst all the excitement, come and join me 🤗Just turn up to the tent 🫶🏻
Festivals are amazing, but they can also be busy, loud, and full-on. This session is an opportunity to pause, drop in, and find a little calm amongst the chaos.

Whether you’re winding down your festival weekend or simply taking an hour to recharge before heading back into the fun, I’d absolutely love to see you there. 💛
