*****AGM Announcement*****
Would you like to be a part of the UP:GAA committee for 2018/19 and help us improve and move the society forward for the years coming?
We are currently looking for members to apply for these roles
Chair - The chair is responsible for overseeing the way the society runs and makes a final decision if needed. The chair is also there to take responsibility for the society. - You can only apply for Chair if you have already sat on UP:GAA committee
Secretary - the secretary is there to run the committee meetings, make notes, help organize fixtures and fill in for the chair when the chair is unable to attend.
Treasurer - the treasurer is responsible for looking after the accounts of the society
Health and Safety - the H & S officer is responsible for making sure the society's keeping within the rules, has someone first aid trained and does all risk assessments for all society activities and socials.
Social Secs x 2 - these two people will be responsible for creating and running some amazing events.
Girls Captain - this person is responsible for the girl's team and trying to bring more females into the society and incorporation, along with helping with fixtures and other activities.
