Swallow the Anchor was born out of the concept to want people to enjoy being in a gym environment, to love training and feel great about themselves. ⚓
In turn you would better your fitness, increase your strength and become healthier individuals, motivated to lead a more active lifestyle.
One size doesn't fit all when it comes to training so I've created multiple programmes to suit the majority of clients, the time you have available and budget you have.

For most people, losing some weight is the target. For others wanting to feel stronger is their goal. There is no reason why you can't achieve both. ⚓
Swallow the Anchor has all the experience and resources at hand. Working 1-2-1 in a private gym, with no onlookers to feel anxious about.
My goal as a Personal Trainer is to help you have fun in a gym environment and to start feeling passionate about moving your body and working out.
As a result, weight loss, strength and improved fitness will all come in time. Confidence will develop and you'll suddenly feel a new zest for life!
You may want to look and feel good for that holiday that's booked in or want to get in shape for your big wedding day. Alternatively, you may want to lose weight and be a good role model for your kids or be fit enough to enjoy playing with them without feeling so tired.

Total Body 60 is the complete health and fitness package designed to help fast track you into the best possible shape imaginable. ⚓
Each one hour session is separated into two parts; the first part uses resistance training to help you grow stronger. The second part is a tailored, total body conditioning HIIT workout designed to target your fat reserves and improve your fitness levels.
I'll advise on good nutrition and once a month you'll receive a weigh-in, blood pressure check-up and fitness test to make sure you're heading in the right direction.

I slept under the stars last night, in woodland, which is only a 15 min walk away from home.
Earlier in the day, I did a small reccee of the area, and found the best spot to bivi-up. Nicely off trail, the site was secluded and the ground flat enough to sleep on.
Uprooted trees hid me from passers-by and provided a great wall to light a small fire behind, which bounced heat back towards me.
A nip of rum and the crackle and snap of wood burning, was the perfect way to spend sundowners, before slipping into the bivi for the night. 😀⚓️🔥
