Hybrid Group Training is your answer.

Immerse yourself in coach‑led sessions that prioritise progression, quality movement, and real performance. Train alongside like‑minded people, stay accountable, and feel supported every step of the way.

With small group capacity, you’ll receive a high level of coaching so you never get left behind.

Hybrid classes run weekdays 07:00–08:00 and Saturdays 08:00–09:00.
