This abdominal routine is typically the first step in addressing lower back problems. It works by repositioning the abdominal organs, decompressing the anterior side of the spine and the psoas muscle, and alleviating pressure on the lower back, promoting overall spinal health and support.

I use a Yamuna Gold Ball, specifically designed for bodywork, making it safe and effective.
**Important:** Avoid using hard balls like basketballs or footballs, as these can increase the risk of injury. A softer kids’ ball from a supermarket can be a suitable alternative, but ensure it is soft enough for safe use.
**Common Sensations:**
- Warm or cool feelings running down the legs: This is normal and indicates circulation and energy flow.
- Burning sensation on the p***c bone: This area can be sensitive for some people, but the discomfort will decrease with regular practice. Start slowly and gradually increase your time.
