Teacher training isn’t just for people who want to teach.

For many, it’s an opportunity to slow down, ask questions, deepen their understanding, and immerse themselves more fully in the practice they love.

Our next **300-Hour Teacher Training** begins in **September 2027**.

Applications are now open, and we’d love to hear from you if you’re ready to take the next step—wherever that may lead.

Find out more via the link in our bio.

“It’s always a slightly different composition because nature is the greatest designer.”

We caught up with our wonderful resident gardener, Christine, in what she affectionately calls ‘the meadow’.

One of the things we love most about this part of the garden is that it never looks quite the same from one year to the next. Plants quietly self-seed, new combinations emerge, and the space continues to evolve in ways that couldn’t be planned.

At this time of year it’s alive with sea holly, oregano, butterflies, hoverflies and moths - and a reminder that some of the most beautiful things happen when nature is given the space to lead.

It might feel familiar when you walk past, but stop next time and take a closer look, and a longer listen 😊

Thank you, Christine, for all the care, knowledge and love you bring to the Lime House gardens. 🌿🤍

There comes a point where you stop worrying about what you look like and start noticing how you feel instead.

That’s a much more interesting place to practise from.

Practices like Qi Gong remind us that our bodies aren’t problems to be fixed or performances to be judged. They’re simply where we experience our lives.

Through slow movement, breath and awareness, Qi Gong invites us to soften, to listen, and perhaps to feel a little more at home in ourselves.

Qi Gong: Moving Meditation returns monthly in September. Everyone is welcome.

One of the quieter parts of practising here.

In the warmer months, you’re always welcome to take your time after class - wander through the gardens, sit for a while in the meditation circle, have a coffee, or simply enjoy the peace before heading back into the rest of your day.

No rush to leave, in summer or otherwise 🙏🏻

Two very different practices. One wonderful weekend.

August tends to be a slightly quieter month at Lime House. With holidays, camping trips and time spent outdoors, many of us settle into a different rhythm.

So rather than a month full of workshops, we’re inviting you to a weekend of practice.

On Saturday 22nd August, Lucy Aldridge returns for another of her ever-popular Iyengar Yoga Ropes Workshops. Whether you’re new to ropes or already love the support, space and insight they offer, Lucy’s workshops are always a fantastic opportunity to explore your practice from a different perspective.

Then on Sunday 23rd August, join Kitty Billings for a nourishing three-hour Yin & Restorative Yoga Workshop, followed by a light supper. Expect an afternoon of slower practice, deep rest and good company - the perfect antidote to a busy summer.

Two workshops. Two very different approaches. One lovely weekend at the studio.

We’d love to welcome you.

Both filling up fast - book your places today 🙏🏻
