Hi All, just a short post to spread the word about what we offer besides from the weekly group tai chi class. We provide a range of 1-2-1 guidance, coaching and advice for resistance training, mobility, exercise confidence and nutrition, with specialisms in working with diabetic clients and clients with weight management issues.
Sessions are available in a dedicated 1-2-1 training space, at your home, in a park, online, or wherever is comfortable for you!
So, if you are looking for a guiding hand in starting at the gym, training for a specific goal, looking to tweak technique, nutrition guidance, exercising after a GP consultation, or any other training goal, I would be happy to have a chat.
