It was great meeting students from other clubs at the course in Penryn on Saturday. Its half-term holiday this week, so we won't be training this Tuesday in Truro. But look forward to seeing you next Tuesday 21st at 6pm.

Tai Chi classes, Tuesdays 6 - 7.30pm at Hendra Hall. Its a new year, and time for a new start! We're looking forward to our first class, upstairs on the top floor. Beginners are welcome.

We don't currently have a club running in Truro but there's one up and running in Falmouth.
The Falmouth club is on every Tuesday evening at Falmouth Marine School in Killigrew street

This course will include free access to our online resources including 360° Youtube videos that you can use at home to practice in between classes and free access to our daily Zoom online classes every morning, afternoon, and evening for one hour.
