But here in Cornwall, we’re a little bit lucky. Mackerel can be found all year round, which is a real silver lining when conditions are tough. 🌊

Flounder fishing’s been spot on in the creeks and rivers lately! ☀️❄️

But yesterday was extra special, a super pod of 12 porpoises cruised through the shallow water right in front of me, smashing fish! 🐟

Absolutely incredible to witness, it genuinely made my day. 🩶🐬

A family of swans paddled over to inspect our fishing spot. Decided we were acceptable, then glided off. We caught plenty of fish and avoided all diplomatic incidents. 🎣🦢
