Truro Badminton Club is excited to be starting the new season Friday 4th September.

We play every Friday 7:30-9:30pm at Penair School.

We wlcome experienced badminton players to join us. Send a message if you haven't been before but are interested.

Just a heads up that there is no badminton this week as Sir Ben Ainslie Sports Centre is unavailable. We will be back for our penultimate week of summer club on 10th July.

This Friday (8th May) is the start of Truro Badminton Club's summer season.

Every Friday for 10 weeks. 7:30pm at Sir Ben Ainslie Sports Centre.

£50 for all 10 weeks.
Visitor - £7 per session (limited to 6 sessions).

Experienced players snd current members welcome. If you aren't already a member send us a message.

Last Sunday was a brilliant day. We held a Truro Badminton Club tournament.

Thanks to organisers Chris and Sue and all those who took part.

We were able to award the following:

Mixed Doubles
Runners Up - Ross & Emilia
Winners - Carlo & Emma

Mens Doubles
Runners Up - Peter & Jamie
Winners - Gabriel & Ross

Most Improved Player
Shared between Dan & Kai

Chairman’s Cup

Match update.
This week Truro played our latest match against Mounts Bay C. Although a home match, Truro hit the road down to Carn Brea due to venue availability. The team took it in their stride however and secured a 5-1 win! Well done and thanks to everyone who played.

A massive thank you to all who donated!

Thanks to your kind offerings our Chairman Chris was able to take a donation of food and other essentials to Truro Foodbank just before Christmas.

It equated to 33 meals which is a fantastic contribution to the community from the club.

We hope you are having a lovely festive season and wishing you all a happy and healthy new year.
