What i learnt from the Ultra yesterday :

1. Love your family and friends with all your heart as they are the ones that back you in life
2. No matter what happens keep taking the next step don’t stop
3. The battle is with yourself no one else
4. There is a power to be harnessed in the Now that is ready and waiting for you
5. Accept your situation don’t struggle
6. Nothing is permanent
7. Train hard and the outcome is irrelevant you have done your best
8. Everyone has a story
9. Taking concern in someone else’s well-being let’s you leave your own problems
10. When it gets too tough stick on your favourite band and play air drums
