On first look, yesterday morning was barely ankle high at the beach, but you don’t ever really know the conditions until you get in…

As always we had the bellyboards and paipos at hand, which meant we could make the most of the tiny peelers rippling towards the sand.

It’s always overhead when you’re on ya belly!

Lumpy and dumpy on the drop from high this morning…

James and Gani made the most of the conditions, in amongst the shifty peaks and churning rips there were some nice ones to be had!

Gani surfed our 6’4 Woodburner and James was on his trusty 9’1 Wicket.

Go Go Paipo!

The waves weren’t up to much this morning, with a chilly cross shore wind and small period, it didn’t look particularly inviting…

So we opted to paddle out and share the Otter Paipo between us to maximise the fun!
