I am still working on my Online Pilates Package ... These videos are aimed to target imbalances in the body.
Aches/pains, mobility, stability working through specific exercises that will activate and strengthen.
All of my clients will be able to tell you how much I go on and on about the importance of activation exercises and firing certain areas of the body that need 'waking up'.

Generally, the body is lazy and doesn't want to do the work that we know needs to be done. It will always go for an easier option.

That's where I come in :) ... I help to address this and give you the tools to be able to change this over time. Helping you become as pain/ache free as possible.

I use Pilates exercises literally every, single day with all of my clients.

I have had a few enquiries recently wondering if I could offer online classes if you prefer working out at home. This could be a mix of strength training/hiit/cardio or Pilates ... or even a mix of the above.

I am looking for feedback to see if this is something that would be of interest and what you would like in the session. Also, the time of day ... :)

It would be around a 45 minute class.

First attempt at a High Protein Banana Bread.

Ingredients-

*3 x Banana's
*2 x scoops of Protein Powder of choice
*500g's x High Protein Greek yogurt
*Vanilla Extract
*150g's x Gluten Free Oats
*50g's x Gluten Free Flour
*2 x eggs
*chocolate for decoration

Mash bananas in a bowl. Add all other ingredients mixing together throughly until the right consistency. Place in pre heated oven at 170° and cook for around 30 -40 minutes or until your knife comes out clean.

What are the benefits of having a sports massage?

Along with this lovely picture of the studio, I thought I would let you know what the benefits are of having a sports massage 😊.

* Increased range of movement
* Easing of aches/pains
* Muscle soreness prevention
* Increase in circulation/bloodflow
* Reduce stress
* Improved sleep, to name a few.

Sports massage has benefits for everyone, and each session is tailored to each individual.

Some of my clients have a 'maintenance' Sports Massage, which helps keep everything balanced and is used as injury prevention. (I also have a 'maintenance' massage)
Others prefer to have the treatment for a specific injury/mobility/aches and pain relief.

Whatever your reason, Sports Massage has benefits for everybody.
