Thought I’d finally introduce myself…

I’m Jo 👋🏼 founder of STUDIO SEVEN

And honestly… who knew this girl could do this?!

2019 I took a little office space and turned it into a beautiful studio with a vision of creating something different. Something elevated. Something that felt special the second you walked through the doors.

Fast forward… and now in a larger space, designed purposely for the community we’ve built - including our very own third space. (seven glō club)

No big investors. No overnight success.
Just a vision, a lot of hard work, resilience, determination, and the belief that what we’re building is pretty flipping special.

And yes… there have absolutely been hiccups along the way. Moments of doubt, challenges, pressure, lessons. But we’re still standing. Still growing. Still evolving.

Every part of STUDIO SEVEN has been built organically. Listening to our clients. Showing up every day. Taking risks. Trying new things. Learning as we grow.

We’re not just any studio…
We are STUDIO SEVEN.

And I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come.

From every class booked, every familiar face, every new client who walks through our doors 🫶🏼 thank you for being part of this journey 🤍

And what’s next?

Well… let’s just say we’re only getting started! ✌🏼

BIG TIMETABLE ENERGY AT STUDIO SEVEN!

We’ve had a little wiggle around behind the scenes and honestly… the timetable is looking SO good.

Firstly…
THE POWERHOUSE IS BACK.
We are beyond excited to welcome Lyndsey back onto the STUDIO SEVEN timetable and trust us when we say these classes are going to be HOT property.

Starting TOMORROW:
✨ Tuesday – Fitness Yoga at 8:30AM

Then from Wednesday 17th June:
✨ 6:00PM – BARRE
✨ 7:15PM – Fitness Pilates

If you’ve ever taken a class with Lyndsey before, you already know the energy, the burn, the vibes and the results speak for themselves.

BUT… with exciting returns also comes a little timetable reshuffle.

Our gorgeous Ammie will soon be heading off on maternity leave to welcome baby number two 🤍 and this felt like the perfect opportunity to freshen things up a little.

Here’s what’s changing:

• BODY CONDITIONING
Moves from Wednesdays at 6PM → Tuesdays at 6:30PM from 16th June.

• YOGA
Moves from Wednesdays at 7:30PM → Fridays at 7:30PM from 19th June.

✨ Ammie’s Tuesday evening class will now move across to Wednesdays at 6PM with Lyndsey on our new Wednesday evening line-up. ( starting 17th June)

We are SO excited for this new chapter, celebrating Ammie, welcoming Lyndsey back and bringing even more strong girl energy to the STUDIO SEVEN timetable.

Please make sure you check your bookings and get yourselves booked on ASAP because honestly… these classes are going to fill FAST.

Please could we ask that you do not park directly in front of the studio gates or in front of the gates behind us at the building site entrance.

Work on the development site will soon be commencing, and they will require 24-hour access.

We’ve also noticed a number of vehicles receiving parking tickets recently from the traffic wardens. Unfortunately, the lay-by is owned by Wiltshire Council and is not connected to the development site or the studio.

Please allow a little extra time before class to find suitable parking 🚗✨
