Not even a month in yet šŸ’ŖšŸ»

Joining the 90 day challenge was a decision I didnā€™t have to think about. I knew I wanted to follow his lead and see what I can achieve.

I have never run this much in my life, and Iā€™m still not particularly good at it, but itā€™s been amazing to push myself. And the results are showing.

Iā€™m so thankful for all the support recently. Youā€™re all amazing šŸ¤©

Today I donā€™t want to comment on the workouts, and how brutal they have been, but rather how staying committed to fitness, has changed my life. I ordered this tri suit in a size L, thinking I will work towards fitting into it one day. That was in April. I got the package today, and I couldnā€™t be happier. I mean to put that on, and it fitting so well, Iā€™m so incredibly happy šŸ˜† I just want to remind you all, that everything we do now, impacts our future. So why not work as hard as you can?

The hard part of todayā€™s session was the body circuit šŸ˜… killed me right off.

Day 5 was such a ā€œdig deepā€ gym workout. Some uncomfortable rep amounts on some exercises that I really struggled with. But hard work creates growth. And thatā€™s what Iā€™m looking for.
