Kettlebells Swings
Great exercise to strengthen, consider how you are moving and illuminate bad habits.
It should not - hurt your back, hurt your knees. It is a hip hinge - use it start light get technique build it up. Increase the weight decrease the duration- progressively build a technically great swing. Movement really can be meditative 🙌
