Vale of Leven 1-2 Troon Dundonald
We go into the hat 🎩 for the second round of the Scottish Cup after picking up our first win of the season against Vale of Leven.
We took an early lead after a David Richardson free kick found Korben Lusk in a great position to head home.
We kept the pressure on and got our second goal 20 minutes later, with Lewis Emberson knocking the ball into the net following a Jamie Kaminski throw.

The home side came into the game more in the second half and made our job that bit harder. We continued to battle and kept the scoreline unchanged until the 85th minute, when we gave away a needless penalty.
Kevin Ingram (The Golf Inn) went the right way but unfortunately just couldn’t get to it, allowing Vale of Leven to get on the scoresheet.
The final whistle blew shortly after, seeing us progress into the next round.
