🔥 FREE FATHER & SON SELF-DEFENCE WORKSHOP 🔥

In partnership with Outsiders Muay Thai Troon / Irvine, this FREE workshop is designed to build confidence, teach practical self-defence skills, and bring people together in a safe and supportive environment.

What you'll learn:
✅ Practical self-defence techniques
✅ Muay Thai & Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals
✅ Situational awareness and personal safety
✅ Understanding self-defence laws
✅ Confidence building for adults and young people
✅ Teamwork, discipline and respect
✅ How to stay calm under pressure

Although this is a Father & Son themed workshop, you do not need to attend with your father or son. Everyone aged 11+ is welcome. Bring a friend, another family member, or come along on your own — you'll be made to feel welcome and included.

In today's world, personal safety matters. This workshop offers valuable skills, increased confidence, and the opportunity to learn in a fun, friendly, and supportive setting.

A huge well done to all the girls who took part in the Troon Development Trust Mother & Daughter Self-Defence Workshop tonight! 👏🥊

It was fantastic to see so many people getting involved, learning new skills, building confidence, and having fun in a safe and supportive environment.

A big thank you to everyone who attended and made the evening such a success. We hope you all left feeling more confident, empowered, and with some valuable self-defence knowledge.
