Good evening all, just a reminder that TOMORROW we start our 2 weeks of online lessons. The lesson times are the front picture of this fb page. The FWOD’s ( family workout of the day ) will be posted at 10am.. access to all lessons will be available via FACEBOOK LIVE & ZOOM .... please note we will be online 5 MINS BEFORE THE CLASSES START ..... the zoom access number will be exactly the same as the last lockdown ( please view the information sheets that we gave out last week .....
