We've got amazing ladies training with us in Tremadog, but we really think Lois Wyn deserves a shout out for her hard work and determination. Lois has been consistently training after long work days throughout her pregnancy and smashing her exercises, so inspiring to see ๐Ÿ˜ We'll be sad to see her go soon, but we can't believe how far she's gotten and she definitely deserves some rest time! โค๏ธ
