Independent Family Martial Arts Independent Family Martial Arts is a club teaching Traditional Tang Soo Do (Korean Karate) in a family friendly atmosphere.

We promote self confidence, respect, fitness, self defence, health and well being and our sessions are suitable for everyone from the age of 5 and upwards. We particularly welcome family groups (with discounts applied for multiple family members).

Grading will be upon us soon, if you're not training you won't be grading, lots of work to be done.

With people on holidays, and a slight illness, class will be cancelled tonight. Back to full strength next week, and with a grading coming up for seniors we need maximum focus.

The next grading date is set for Sat 2nd May.

For those of you who has taken time off for Easter hols, you will HAVE to attend as many lessons as possible to grade on the 2nd.

You can always make a future grading if you can't train, but if you want to grade then you have to train, and train hard between now and then.
