🏊‍♂️Our club chair attended a Trident Swim Coaching session this evening, at Porthcawl! The session involved learning some open water swimming techniques, that he will hopefully be able to apply to his upcoming races! 🏊‍♂️

This morning we were up bright and early exploring some running routes around treforest 😊

👟USW Triathlon and Running club caters for all abilities with our sessions being time focused and laps of a circuit, it means that nobody will ever get left behind (perfect if you are a beginner)!

👟We have our next running session taking place on Wednesday 26th May, at 7pm outside the business school on Treforest campus!👟

💪If you fancy coming along to give the club a go, for free, before joining next year you are welcome to come along! All sessions are suitable for complete beginners to experienced athletes!💪
