We look forward to welcoming all players, coaches, families and spectators to Tonna RFC, this weekend 🏉

FAQs which have been sent to team managers last week via email 🎯

📌 Tonna RFC , SA11 3HX

📌 WHAT 3 WORDS - ///fears.flattered.cared

🎟 Team Entry tickets have been distributed to team managers already.

🎟 Entry for spectators will be cash or card on the gate.

🍺 No alcohol can be brought on site. We have bars on site. No glass.

💰 Cash & Card is accepted

📣 W7S stash is available

🐕 No dogs except registered guide dogs

🍖 No Bbqs or Camping. We have food vendors ready.

🚗 Parking is through Gate A & follow stewards for alternative parking if they become full

🚗 Elite Teams & staff parking is in Gate B

🚗 Disability parking through Gate C

🟧 ORANGE card system. If any player, management, parent or spectator get given an orange card by the referees they must go an explain to tournament organisers why they are shouting at kids and referees. If the reason is not acceptable you will be told to leave.

📧 Emails have been sent last week to team managers regarding event information, timings and regulations as well as tournament rules.

🏉 FIXTURES WARNING - Fixtures are live on the Tournify App with details on a previous post. These CAN change so read the previous post in detail.

📣 Loads of individual cubicle toilets and shower block available to use

📣 We have Medical and Security on site for the day of the events.

We use the Tournify App so that you can have live updates and scores, aswell as pass the link onto supporters and players to follow 🎉

REMEMBER - If you are late to a fixture it will be a forfeit. Check results with the referee immediately after the match.

📷 No screenshot and sharing as it is a live app. If you screenshot & share then people won't stay up to date with any changes

7️⃣ You will receive 20 minute reminders before fixtures and notification of results and knockout round allocations.

🏉💙 PROSTATE CYMRU 7s JOIN ROUND 2 💙🏉

We're delighted to welcome Prostate Cymru 7s to Round 2 of the Welsh 7s Series at Tonna RFC 👏

Prostate Cymru do incredible work across Wales, funding vital equipment, supporting awareness campaigns and helping improve prostate cancer services for men and their families ❤️

Whilst the action on the field will be fierce, the Welsh 7s Series has always been about more than rugby. It's about community, bringing people together and supporting causes that make a real difference 👊

We look forward to welcoming the Prostate Cymru team to Tonna and helping raise awareness of the fantastic work they do across Wales 💙

🏉🔥 ROUND 2 GROUPS ARE SET 🔥🏉

The road to Finals Weekend just got a whole lot more interesting... 👀

After an incredible opening round, the teams now head to Tonna RFC with valuable Series points on the line and another trophy up for grabs 🏆

💥 Group 1 sees defending champions Preseli BaBas joined by Round 1 newcomers Islwyn Toucans, Flying Penguins and the returning Sniper 7s.

💥 Group 2 is stacked with Round 1 runners-up Conquer Knights, Violet Vikings, Lampeter Spartans and new arrivals Prostate Cymru.

💥 Group 3 could be the toughest of the lot with 24 Crew, Carmarthen Warriors, REME and Archers all battling for knockout places.

With Finals Weekend at Heart of Wales 7s now firmly on the horizon, every game, every point and every try is starting to matter 👊
