Morning everyone, hope you're managing to keep cool and hydrated in the heatwave.
I will still be in the studio today with the fans and air cooler running full blast.

If you're not comfortable coming to class in the heat please don't travel
You can do classes online from home on Teams or just skip this week and I will see you back in class next time

If you decide not to attend please let me know so I can cancel classes if needed

Stay safe in the heat 🥵

Hope you've all had a lovely bank holiday weekend.
Classes are on today (Tues 26th May)
I will have the fans and the aircooler on but if you feel it's too warm to travel please let me know so I can cancel classes of needed.
Stay safe in the heat everyone, shade and plenty of water 🥵
