Silurian Amateur Boxing Club Our strategic aim is to support health & well-being for people through boxing education. We started running boxing in the Tredegar area since 2008.

Training days/times;

Tuesday's and Thursday's
5:15-5:45 PM(Ages 8-11)
5:45-7 PM (Ages 11+)

Private 1-2-1's - Please contact Luke Jones (Coach Cruel) directly. Silurian Amateur Boxing Club is a new enterprise developed from Tredegar ABC. We have WABA qualified staff who are CRB checked and have a wealth of experience both training and competing with young people of all ages.

Not to be today for our triple BBB Kian Barry, but in a loss we learn so much more about you, and all of your coaches couldn’t be more proud of you, you managed your weight loss to perfection, the whole build up before the fight you took in your stride like a mature young adult, and you boxed your heart out, ok you might have lost today but you gave it everything in the ring, and us as coaches learned more about you today than we would have if you had won!!!
