Ever had a kids birthday party and got frustrated when people don’t let you know if they’re coming or not?

That’s exactly how a coach feels when people don’t let them know that they’re not coming to training that day.

Many coaches will cut short a family day out or leave work early to get to training as they don’t want to let the children down, please have the same respect back for them.
