We had some of our amazing people at The Gauntlet in Aberdeen at the weekend, amazing times all round AND a SECOND PLACE FINISH for Carol and Emma 🥈 BOSH👊

We’re thrilled to celebrate our amazing Coach Chloe who’s just passed the CrossFit Level 3 exam!

This is a truly remarkable accomplishment. Only about 1% of CrossFit trainers have this credential, and Chloe has dedicated so much effort to earning it.

We’re incredibly proud of Chloe! She’s been with CFH since our very first 6 a.m. class on the day we opened. Over the past 7 years, she’s worked so hard, given so much, and has grown into an incredibly knowledgeable, much-loved, and fantastic coach. We’re so fortunate to have her!

Chloe also handles our social media (did I mention she’s amazing?!) so this is Sarah taking over for this one post to ensure we celebrate her!

Huge congratulations to Chloe! We’re so proud of you!! 🥳🦁
