Hi all. As 2026 is rolling out and course dates are being finalised I am happy to also delare that we are also launching our new Substack publication - The Laustak Journal.

This will be a primary resource for all those with an interest in Laustak to access technical and information resources, historical information, interviews with instructors and guests, training videos, and more.

The official journal and publication of the United Kingdom Laustak Federation, dedicated to the preservation and development of traditional Norwegian Laustak, and Viking martial arts, in the UK. Click to read The Laustak Journal, by Steven WK Scott, a Substack publication. Launched an hour ago.
